Very honest, professional and equipped with modern powerful machines. They promised to arrive in 45 min and charge 250€ because it was an emergency. They arrived earlier and didn't charge extra (only the 15€ TVA) even though there were unexpected challenges.
He saw the problem directly and handled it fast. Very polite. Recommended.

Mais aujourd’hui, un plombier professionnel, courtois, patient et honnête est arrivé chez nous et a résolu en moins d’une heure tous les problèmes d’écoulement d’eau. C’était presque un rêve! But today, a professional, courteous, patient, and honest plumber arrived at our home and resolved all our water drainage problems in less than an hour. It was almost a dream! Venu le 13 janvier pour déboucher évier et évacuation lave linge, a débouché mon évier garantissant que mon évacuation ne coulerait plus non plus, 5 semaines après ça recommence, après contact, il me dit que son travail est garanti 1 semaine...le même travail effectué par un autre plombier à durer 4ans...et il me parle de "défaut dans la construction" sans doute un défaut apparu pendant les 4 années comme par magie...pour moi c'est un travail mal fait, surtout pour le prix, résultat je vais devoir payer un autre plombier en espérant qu'il soit plus sérieux, je ne conseille donc pas ce monsieur.
